How to make Question Template visible to user other than Admin.

Hello All,

I'm working on the Interview Management for HR Case, I have created Interview Questions template (sn_interview_question_template) in the mentioned table.

In the HR Case, we have a tab of Interview where we can see the Question button having the Question Template set up in the system. I'm able to see with the System Admin but not with another user.

Please refer the above screen shot, this snipping is with the user wo don't have the Admin right.

Please mention the table "sn_hr_er_interview" in the Interview question template, or keep as none.
