Not able to open an existing record form in ATF

Hi, I am tying to build a simple ATF testcase to open an existing record. It only has two steps, 1. impersonate a user 2. open an existing record (see screenshot 1 for the second step configuration). But it failed on the second step (see screenshot 2 for log info). No idea how to fix it. It is blocking our work. Your help is appreciated!

Thank you @Shaqeel . I tried other UI settings including the Standard UI, HR Agent Workspace, etc., and I was able to open the form now. This is really odd. Dev confirmed they didn't use other UIs than the CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace. Plus some of the rules/policies don't function properly outside the CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace, so this may affect the output of some of the tests.

This may due to limitations of ATF on workspace.

Thank you @Shaqeel for your quick response. I gave you a thumps-up for your help. Unfortunately I have to test in the workspace, so I can't take other UI settings as a solution. I am surprised that SN ATF doesn't support testing on workspace.
