Hi
I am new to service now and doing some change on my incident form. Now When I want to look incident under open tab i.e. Incident --> Open . I am not able to open incident by clicking on incident number . Screenshot attached :-

Hi Saurabh,
-> Right click on number->configure->list control as in below screenshot.
-> Check if the Omit drill down link option is checked. If checked uncheck it and try.

Hi
Number column is first in the list and All > Active = true. Still hyperlink is not active.

Number is displaying in the list view. But number is not coming as hyperlink.
