Not able to pick application scope and update set

Hello,

 

I have issues selecting my application scope and update set. The update set picker shows, but the dropdown is empty.

 

I have tried the following:

- Deleted all my user preferences.

- Removed and added the admin role for my user.

 

Anyone has another idea?

Apparently, the snc_external role was added to my user account together with the admin role. This was the issue. So, remove it and it was working again....

Hi @briannice ,

 

do you have relevant access(admin access)?

if yes 

1.clear the cache( via cache.do) and log out and log back in 

2. delete the browser cache if needed 

3. check with a different browser and see if you are facing the same issue with different browser
