Not able to populate variables shown in RITM form to catalog view form

I want to populate variables shown in RITM form to catalog view form.Can please anyone suggest me where these variables are stored in servicenow.

once request is submitted and REQ and RITM is generated information about the variable which user submitted is stored in table Variable ownership (sc_item_option_mtom)

I didn't get your actual requirement.

Once RITM is generated where do you wish to populate the variable information?
