Not able to see catalog item variables/ Questions on Report

Hello Seekers,

 

I Am trying to create a report on table "A".
When trying to choose coloums -> Questions -> search for a record producer i am not able to find it.

Where as my team mate has access.

Please help

Hi @Shafi i ,

 

Make sure you have the necessary roles and permissions to view the catalog item variables. You will need to have the 'report_admin' or 'admin' role, as well as the 'catalog_admin' or 'admin' role to view and manage catalog items.

Hello Ratnakar,

I have checked and got the necessary Roles on the Record producer and the Record producer table but still am not able to see the catalog item  from the Questions+ -> in the report.
Admin is not one among the required roles.

Am able to see all other record producers which are on other tables. This Record Producer is on different table and am not able to access this.
I am able to create case using this and also able to see it in list view. The issue is only on while creating Reports: Report-> Questions+ -> catalog item. (Not able to See)
