Not able to see Open In UI Builder Button on this form

Above table is the UX app configuration table in which "Open In UI Builder" button not visible

 Open In UI Builder button will show in below tables

Please check and Mark Helpful and Correct if it really helps you.

But in tokyo UI builder button is present , it's not present in Utah instance.
