WORKSPACE: agents not able to share custom list to other agents, but admins can

on the workspace, when a user creates a custom list it is visible below the My Lists

and users with agent roles cannot share the list with other users, but admins can share with others (URL is copied to clipboard(

this is how it looks like when Agents and admins use the share option

Agents: myservicenow.com/now/workspace_name/list

Admins:myservicenow.com/now/incident/params/list-id/18e8916d936c16d4b97db49c5cba107f/tiny-id/nAUqMd9On0gr6nT8R9DjkVM2u4Vvqgpa

Hi @gtk ,

 

I have verified for ITIL users in Service Operation Workspace, they can access share icon and able to share list URL.

ITIL users can access the share icon, but when it is used by itil the URL copied to their clipboard is different from the admins
