Not able to see Request Number after submitting the Request from service portal

After submitting any catalog item request from service portal particular user is not able to see Request Number. User can see Request Number in my Request but not just after submitting the request.
For every user its showing as below:-

- Mark as New
- Bookmark
- Subscribe
- Mute
- Subscribe to RSS Feed
- Permalink
- Report Inappropriate Content

Hi,
Follow below steps:
After submitting request use ctrl+Right click on the Request summary page.
You will get below options:
Click on Instance option and it will show you the instance options.
You can enable the Display Number option if it is disabled for your instance.

Instance option is not available for the user. I have opened this option by another user. All checkboxes are already checked.

Is Request Number visible to any other user (to you or any other admin)?
Please share if you are using custom widget to show Order status.

Yes Request Number visible for other users.
I am using OOB widget. Nothing has been updated in the widget .Code is same.
