Not able to see Request Number after submitting the Request from service portal

After submitting any catalog item request from service portal particular user is not able to see Request Number. User can see Request Number in my Request but not just after submitting the request.
For every user its showing as below:-

Hi,
in that case check the Read ACL's and user roles who is facing this issue.
In my PDI it is working for all users . Make sure there are no ACL's on Number field for sc_request/task task table.
