Not able to see variables on service portal

Hi Friends,
There is catalog item which having variables. On native UI it is showing all the variables but on service portal it is not showing any variable. I have checked UI policy and client script which having UI type as ALL. I have checked by adding new variable which is showing on native ui but not showing on service portal.
Please help.

Hi RJ,
There are lots of platform APIs etc that don't work on Service Portal. A list of them is provided here:

You are proabably using some of the unsupported features. Check your Catalog Item for anything in the lists above and adjust as necessary.
