Hi there,
To set the default view in your customized workspace form, follow these steps:
1. Go to the workspace where you want to set the default view.
2. Locate the form you want to modify. Click on the form to edit its properties.
3. Look for the option to set the default view. This might be under a section like View Settings or Default View. Select the view you want to be the default for your group form.
4. After setting the default view, make sure to save your changes.
5. Exit the edit mode and check if the default view is now set correctly in your group form. You may need to refresh the page or log out and back in to see the changes.
If you still have trouble, there might be specific permissions or settings that need adjustment. Double-check that you have the necessary permissions to modify the workspace settings.
Hope this helps

Hi @shrngikaG
To set a specific workspace view as the default on your group form within a customized workspace in ServiceNow, you need to navigate to the "UX View Rules Configurations" section within the Now Experience Framework, create a new view rule, specify the desired view for your group form, and then associate it with your customized workspace through a page property setting.

Hi @shrngikaG
I think best way to do via Group, easy and quick. If you go for user level it will not work.
