Not able to submit the catalog item form

Before submitting the item we need to attach an attachment. I wrote onsubmit client script but not able to submit the form. Whenever I am clicking on order now the form is not submitting.

1st way:

To perform an onSubmit check if an attachment is attached, you could have an onSubmit Catalog Client Script like:

Mandatory Attachment checkbox-True.
