Not able to view the records in cmdb_ci_computer table ,able to view cmdb_ci Table

I have queried with Name = NULL in CMDB_CI_COMPUTER table, I could see there are nearly 79 records with Name = NULL but when I am impersonated with another user, I am able to see only one record with Name = NULL in 'cmdb_ci_computer' table but with same user able to see 79 records in 'cmdb_ci' table (group by computer class)

I thought ACL is not blocking it because there is no error we are getting 

Can anyone help to find the root cause.

but the issue here is the record name is empty which is user not able to view, in access analyzer I am not able to select the record with empty name.

Yes you can. But selecting a record with an empty name doesn't show anything in the selector after selected.

See attached image for reference (the top record is a computer with an empty name).
