Service Operations Workspace: Custom Configurations for Side Panel Component

Hi - I have a requirement to change the "Templates" side panel component to look for templates from a custom table (u_template) rather than the OOB template table( sys_template). Can someone please walk me through on how to make those changes?

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar  - Thanks! Here is the screenshot from the Service Operations Workspace. 

I want the templates here to show from the custom template table/application (u_template) that we extended from the OOB sys_template.

For that you will have to search that page variant, duplicate it and then add the new variant

Thanks @Ankur Bawiskar . Would you be able to walk me through how to set it? I duplicated the OOB templates - Templates SNC record but not sure where I can update it.
