Not allowing set of unsafe property

I am trying to set a value to no for a system property. We are integrating Azure AD to SN but whenever I am trying to set the value to no, it is giving me this error.

Yeah, servicenow prevents changes that will reduce instance security.  Many customers have success integrating SN with Azure AD. See:
