not getting chat option under inbox of service operations workspace

hi team,
i need to enable virtual Agent in esc portal. but under Live Agent ,error is displayed as "No Chat Agents Currently Available".
Not getting options(chat) under inbox(below screenshot).
please suggest.

The user account you are using might be missing the "awa_agent" role.
