Not receiving email when mid server does down but receives when goes up.

I am receiving a notification when the Mid Server changes to Up; but never receive anything about the Mid Server being down. Initially, I had the Mid Server down notification set to Status is down and and Status changes but I did didn't receive any notifications then either. Is there any way to set the notification to alert us when the Mid Server changes to down?

Don't know why this is not working.

Hello Harshal,

As this notification is present OOB, So it should work with this condition (Status is down and and Status changes), However if its not working then you can try below condition (Status changes To Down)..

You can change the "send when" to "Event is fired" and specify the Event name as 'mid_server.down'.
