Not retrieving new tokens in docusign integration

Hello Community ,
We have established connection ServiceNow with DocuSign to get software subscriptions . We have created direct integration profile in ServiceNow as per the documentation . However ,When attempting to click on the "Get OAuth Token" link , an error is displayed.
Could you please help me to resolve this error.

Hi, based on the wording of the error message, it sounds like there should be a scheduled job in your SNC instance that runs at predefined interval and renews the tokens?
Has anyone checked that there is a job and it is configured and running?
If there is a scheduled job, has anyone tried to trigger the job manually to confirm that it works and new tokens are retrieved?
Perhaps you could share details of the documentation that you are following, so that the community can better understand your configuration and issue.
