Not saving the value entered in the variable editor

Hi All,

Has anyone encountered this issue where in the variable editor at the catalog task, whenever I entered a value and hit save or update the value entered is not getting saved?

Is this happening only for some variables or all on catalog task?

Hi Ankur,

I have 5 variables that I made visible on the task and the behavior is happening to all variables. Actually it seems that the value is there as when I click back I can see what I have entered but its just when you open the task form, it is empty and its mark as mandatory again onload even if the task is closed. I don't understand the behavior.

Any onload catalog client script which is clearing these fields? can you check that?

No onload client script that clears the variables. I only created an onload client script to make these fields mandatory. But even if I have deactivated my client script, still these variables are getting cleared onload.
