Not seeing incident and request under a list catalog in SOW

Not seeing incidents and requests under a list catalog in SOW. I feel like this is some sort of role issue because I  ( with the admin role) am able to see those links but when I impersonate someone from the service desk(sn_sow.sow_user) role, not able to see the incident/request/problem on the list category.

please add the "itil" role and test again.

I did add itil role to the SOW Common Audience and Service Desk user still not about to see the incident/request/... 

May be I should the role somewhere else?

I was able to see the incident, task, and problem by going to sys_ux_applicability_m2m_list table and adding itil to those list categories.
