How can a user see all notification sent for an incident.

in bmc remedy ,On incident form, Notification audit logs is there ,do we such kind functionality in ServiceNow as well.

In ServiceNow, you can view email notifications directly in the activity stream. There is a system property that defines what role is needed for that. See this article for more details.
