Notification bell doesn't show badge count for some users

Does anyone have an answer to this?

Some users don't have a badge count on their notification bell even though the Show badge count on the Preferences is enabled.

I already tried this but nothing happened. Still doesn't show the count.

Hi @Sun11 itseems it's a platform issue, you can create a HI Case on HI portal for this.
