Hi,
Notification count based on push notification which are read and not read are stored in the "sys_push_request" table
1. There i see the type field where it have "origin_notification" where the notifications are configured and we can see it also on notification tab.
2. There another type of record got created "launch_virtual_agent" where this count is not visible inside the now mobile app on notification tab but when we close app it show the counter outside.
Can anyone guide how that record created and why it set to unread it shows the user wrong count
