Notification does not work as expected (inserted does not)

Hi friends. 

 

I tried to create a notification on the sysevent_email_action-table. The notification should send an E-Mail if a Project is created or changed. Unfortunately, the E-mail is only sent when changed, even though I checkt "inserted" as well.

Before I create a support-case: does anyone have similar experiences?

Hi @Daniel50 

it might be that the functionality which is creating the project record disabled performing Business Rules and thus the action cannot be captured by a notification.

Hello Maik. Thanks for replying to my question. We checked that but did not find any BRs.

I guess I'll create a support case by ServiceNOW.
