notification icon at service portal

I would like to create a notification icon at service portal and there a method on how to create a notification icon?

In the notification icon it should show new and old notification of Incident, Service Catalog or etc of the caller or opened by.

I attach the screenshot where i want to show to notification icon for your reference.

Hi Atul,

thanks for the link and I have implemented.... the notification icon is able to show but when I click the notification icon i can't see the content as attach screenshot... any idea?

I also add the server scripts as mentioned in the link you have shared...
