Notification image is missing

Hi All,

My notification icon is not showing in the received emails.

Please check attachment.

Hi archana

Remove your image, save the notification and try to add it again using inser/edit option.

 

Use below highlighted paper clip symbol to upload new image

Also verify db_image table if the attachment is uploaded or not.

Hi Archana,

when we add image it is saved in the sys_attachment table. Please check whether image is present there. It happens when image is deleted from the attachment table.
