Notification in Virtual Agent.

I had a question, if we create notification for VA ,example when "comment changes" notification must be shown in the chat window .

 

Is the notification will impact the platform? Is there any KB for this. Can anybody help on this!

Condition: additional comment changes

This is the condition. who will receive will be caller. 

In VA chat window notification must be shown.

 

 

This notification created will impact the platform? no right?
