Notification is not sending from RITM when additional comment changes

Hello Expert,

 

When additional comment changes on RITM ,but notification is not triggered when requested for is same as opened for.


i just added condition on notification 
additional comment changes

Also check the Send to event creator selection which might interfere a bit in the testing!

Then i would check the conditions again to make sure that requestor/opened arent colliding!
