Hide fields in Service Operations Workspace

Hi All,

I am trying to hide few fields on the service operations workspace based on some conditions , will  the UI Policy Actions function on workspaces as well ?

Hi @Anubhav24,

Yes, it does. If you want to apply to SOW only, make sure you select the 'Service Operations Workspace' view in the UI Policy.

That would be a view and not the workspace interface right

That particular view is used in the SOW record view. So if you modify the layout of the view, it will be reflected on the SOW record view. And same should apply for UI Policies.
