Notification is not sent to particular user from servicenow

Hi Team,

 

We have sent notification to particular user from ServiceNow, what are checking points we do we need to check?

except go to email properties check receiving enable or not, and check users is having email id or not?

Apart from these, another important check point is if user disabled notifications from user Preferences.

Check user is active or inactive and also check for user preference if they have disabled receiving notification from servicenow.
