Notification message source table and script backend

Hi All,
After running background script after execution we will receive email notification as below with the help of sys log tabel.
For below is example:
Dear Team,
The below background script has been executed on YYYY/MM/DD
Background Script run by: guest on app128026.icn101.service-now.com:AA
Also we want to know from where we getting message and from which source table or there is any script on backend to display the message trigged.
We have also attached the screen shot for all your reference,
Could you please help us and teach us the procedure needs to follow.

Hi Vignesh
Can you verify the table name for that notification.
I guess this notification is on LogEntry(syslog) table with below configurations.
Notification:
On Log table we will have message field (check image below)

Can you give more details about it? I didn't get what exactly you are looking for. Do you want to know where is this notification created? or want to know on what condition it is triggering?
