Notification not triggering

Hi,

For requirement when assignment group changes to abc ..it should trigger notification.have set up with

-insert or update

assignment group changes

assignment group is .......

Not sure why the notification is not triggered. Even tries with Events based still no luck.

Make sure "what it will contain " do not have any error, if there is some error then notification does not trigger (to the best i know). Other notifications are getting trigerred ? Just want to make sure email sent / recieve is enabled

Did you check some conditions,

1) weather it is active / inactive at notification preferences

2) proper email id is there or not or group has email id.

How did you try with event?

If you are sending emails to yourself, make sure 'Send to event creator' flag is checked.
