Notification reminder to requestor

Hi All  , 

I have a requirement, please help me to complete this.

      Notification to Tigger to the requestor on setting the state to Pending

      Apart from initial notification, two more reminder notifications have to be triggered with in a period of 15 day , 1st - as soon as task get assigned, 2nd reminder on 7th day and 3rd reminder on 14th day

Any kind help appreciated .

You can achieve the above requirement using flow designer. To create your flow you can take reference from the below image.

How can we run this flow for only 5 catalog item , also If customer didn't reply after 15 days then we have to close the RITM

To run this flow only for 5 catalog items you can give trigger condition as shown in the below image.

Is there any field which will got update when customer reply?
