Notification triggered but mail to parm1 (sys_id of user) not getting triggered ...

Hi,

I have an event containing sys_ids of users in parm 1 and 2.

Sys_id is correct - checked

User does have mail - checked

Notification gets triggered by event - checked 

Sent to event creator ok - checked

Why the hell my notification might not be triggered???

The sys_id of the user in the parm should be ok - right?

you need user email instead of sysid on parm1 or parm2 and make sure parm1 and parm2 is checked on notification.

You need to add email id instead of sys_id and also check the param 1 and 2 in the notification.

Make sure you go to Advanced View on the notification form and check the appropriate checkboxes.

Sys_IDS are OK according to the field help.

email I never tried as I'd like to avoid emails in the log ... but if this is the one ... I have to.

But why sys_id is not working event documentation tells me that?
