Notification

Hi Team 

We have one notification called "Approval Request - Reminder" which we commen reminder approval notification for the "Change","RITM" and "Knowledge" but it working fine for change and the RITM but not working as expected for knowledge so want help to resolve the problem ,I am going to attach the screenshots of the notification configuration and the preview of it .

It would help to understand what you mean by "not working as expected".
Is it not firing at all, ever?  Inconsistently?

If I had to take a guess based on what's shown, I'd bet its got something to do with your trigger mechanism.

This Send When option makes it so the notification must be called from a flow.  So *IF* your problem is that the notification isn't firing, your problem is in the Flow you expect it to fire from.

Actually it is triggering but if you are able to follow the screenshots which i have provided in that what will contain data is not refecting as expected like not pulling the knowledge article number and not redirecting to view the approval for knowledge
