Notification

Hi Team 

We have one notification called "Approval Request - Reminder" which we commen reminder approval notification for the "Change","RITM" and "Knowledge" but it working fine for change and the RITM but not working as expected for knowledge so want help to resolve the problem ,I am going to attach the screenshots of the notification configuration and the preview of it .
