Notifications are not showing under Notification tab

 Notifications are not showing under Notification tab? how to configure to show my notification in this tab?

Check if you  have notifications enabled, by going to system setting using gear icon

I have open Allow Notifications,but I still can not see the notification which send to me.Is there some else to configure?

Hi Betty,

click on the profile picture> preferences> Notifications

Then, click on Core UI> Allow Notifications

If, still it doesn't show you the notifications then, Check the ACL on 'sys_user.notification'. You can refer to the below doc for more detail:

1. Go to Filter Navigator and search for ACL
2. On Name, search for sys_user.notification and select the ACL
3. Please check that the users that should be able to modify either have the correct role or add them to "Requires Role"
4. If there is a Condition, make sure to modify accordingly to allow required users to be able to modify
5. If there is a Script, make sure to modify accordingly to allow required users to be able to modify
6. Click update

Hi , There is not sys_user.notification in the ACL
