Under Core UI section you need to make sure the primary email is checked and make sure the email is correct by opening it. 

You can even create a new channel if needed.

Core UI settings are configured correctly, and we are getting notification via email. But the problem is not showing any notifications in the Notification Bell Icon in Utilities... Configured Allow Notifications and all. still its not working. Could you please help me with the same?
