Hello, folks.
I've created notifications for the caller since the record was created. To check if it works, the user was impersonated, and the request was created. After it, I checked Logs→Email, where email is displaying.

But how about notification? When impersonate the user, he has no notification in the system.

Hi @Nataliia_Lova ,

If you are trying in your PDI, emails will not be actually sent to the user and the Type remains Sent ready and State as Ready , that's the reason it will not show in Notifications as well as in Activity logs in PDI whether in customer instance , the Type will be Sent and State will be Processed. PFB the attached screengrab

@Nataliia_Lova ,

That is not where you will get email notifications.

Email notifications can be checked from the logs of the instance.

The notification icon allows you to see notifications that you receive within ServiceNow, this is specifically for records you are subscribed to.

You can use the follow button on a record like below:

Once you follow a record, if work notes or additional comments get added to it, you will receive a notification pop up.

To check if end user is receiving a notification, please check the logs.

Please accept solution OR mark helpful.

Thanks,
