Hello, folks.
I've created notifications for the caller since the record was created. To check if it works, the user was impersonated, and the request was created. After it, I checked Logs→Email, where email is displaying.
But how about notification? When impersonate the user, he has no notification in the system.

Are you trying in PDI? If yes then email (inbound/outbound) will not work, as restricted due to security constraints.
