Notify Assignees of only active Tasks when a comment is added to RITM

Hi there,

I want to notify only assignees of active SCTask not closed SCTasks when a comment is added to RITM. How can I do it? If you help me I will really appreciate it.

Please add this three condition in your notification.

This one is trial and tested so it will definitely work.

NOTE: The Notification table should be sc_task

Hi Anil,

This is for the provider notification (bell icon) configuration I have made. All assignees are notified when a comment is added on RITM but I do not want the assignees of inactive tasks (when it is closed) to be notified.
The other thing is when one of assignees clicks the bell icon and reads it, the other assignees' bell icon goes off.
