Notify connector for Microsoft teams "Error MessageNotify is not properly configured. Please contact

Hello everyone ,

We integrated Servicenow with MS Teams , by authorizing the notify connector , but when i try to make a conference call an error appears that states "Error MessageNotify is not properly configured. Please contact your system administrator."

 

Any clue if i missed something in the setup?
