We use the Notify connector to integrate ServiceNow with MS Teams. We can start a conference call from the record, but if the user misses the call, we are looking for the option to join the conference call. Should we create a meeting invitation for this? In this case, how can we create a meeting invitation? Also, when we create a meeting invitation, can we send a messages to the meeting?
Any suggestions!
