Now-Assist error

Hi Everyone,

 

I have been trying to implement Now-Assist for ITSM on the Dev Instance (on Washington patch4 hotfix). but the latest version Im able to install is '2.0.2' , and even after downloading the plugin from application manager and activating the skills, Iam getting the error on incident summarization.

(Note : I have the role needed to use the skill, also tried with uploading description of more than 250 chars)

 I dont't have Now Assist setup in PDI, better to log a now support case for this.

this may happen if instance is not getting updates(i.e, marked as offline) else we may need to raise a case with ServiceNow.
