Now-Assist error

Hi Everyone,

I have been trying to implement Now-Assist for ITSM on the Dev Instance (on Washington patch4 hotfix). but the latest version Im able to install is '2.0.2' , and even after downloading the plugin from application manager and activating the skills, Iam getting the error on incident summarization.

(Note : I have the role needed to use the skill, also tried with uploading description of more than 250 chars)

any guidance in resolving this issue will greatly help,

Hi @Ubada Barmawar  - this got solved when i update my plugin for now assist . Actually updates are waiting for this now assist and i have overlooked it. it worked well after i upgraded.
