is it available in Wasshington realease?

The following Now Assist capabilities are available for mobile. Yes they're available in Washington 

  • Case resolution notes generation can help agents wrap up cases faster by summarizing the case details.
  • Now Assist in Mobile Virtual Agent uses generative AI to deliver more direct, relevant, and conversational responses to questions.
  • Now Assist in AI Search on Mobile improves the search experience with the ability to generate or pick out relevant answers using Now Assist
