Hi,
i got a request to make a biometric Re Authentication method for Function for Approvals.
Like when a user want to approve a request it asks for re authentication (it can be set up in the preconditions menu).
I have installed the Web Authentication plugin which allowed me to add biometric or hardware authentication methods.
Then the documentation gave me 2 options for the re authentication to redirrect to "db" or "sso", none of them are asking for the biometric authentication.
How is it possible to the functions to request biometric authentications for this precondition in the NowMobile application. Is there any other workaround to make it possible?
