Hi,
When I try to invoke: https://devxxxx.service-now.com/oauth_token.do, I get an 500 internal server error. I have not configured any MID Server. In the System Logs, I see the following error
REST Msg Outbound - OAuthTokenRetriever : No valid MID server with REST capability available to obtain new access token.: no thrown error
Why is this error happening? I read from some documentation that MID servers do not work for Oauth2 authentication and I have not configured any. Why is the server logging for a MID Server then? The strange thing is that I get the oauth token most of the times and this error occurs rarely at times.
Any help to solve this issue is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Krithika
