Where is the official documentation on the Knowledge [kb_knowledge] table?
I am getting an error message "You do not have sufficient privileges to access this knowledge item" on several knowledge articles that share the exact same parameters as those that work.
What makes the pages open to all self service users, and those intended for a specific audience (role)?
This is an example of one of our knowledge articles that work as expected. The ones throwing the errors have the exact same parameters, but I cannot find what is throwing the error, and need the official documentation.
We are running Tokyo.

Thank you for these links. Those resources are what I need as I am about to open a ticket with support.
The Knowledge Bases related tab (red arrow in screenshot) is where I need to list all of our knowledge bases, correct?
"Further, all the Knowledge bases can be accessed in "SP" by removing all the Knowledge bases from the Related List."
So, if there are no knowledge bases listed here, then by default all knowledge bases should show up and I shouldn't be getting the "sufficient privileges" error to begin with?
